Bones, muscles and joints make up the musculoskeletal system, along with cartilage, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue. This system gives our body its structure and support and lets us move around. It is inevitable that bones and joints wear out to some extent - this can be caused by the aging of the body as well as some diseases.

Glucosamine and chondroitin are structural components of cartilage, the tissue that cushions the joints. 
Hyaluronic Acid acts as a lubricant and protective cushion for the joints. It prevents pain and injury from bones grinding. 
Boswellia, also known as Indian frankincense, is an herbal extract taken from the Boswellia serrata tree. Boswellia is widely used in Ayurveda as a pain reliever and reliever of inflammatory processes. The active part of frankincense extract is boswellic acids with anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects. Boswellic acids have been shown to inhibit the activity of enzymes that contribute to inflammation. The boswellic acid content in our extract is 65%.

MSM is an organic sulfur compound (not to be confused with MMS!) Methylsulfonylmethane found naturally in plants, animals and the human body. 

HOW TO USE: 4 capsules daily with food and a glass of water. A food supplement does not replace a full and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the components. Not suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In case of blood sugar problems, cardiovascular diseases and the use of blood thinners, consult a doctor.
